Richard is a User Experience practice, management, and organizational development consultant focused on helping move “user experience” into positions of corporate influence.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the world of user experience (or a subset or variation thereof), and has held management positions in consulting companies (e.g., Sapient) and product development companies (e.g., Yahoo!).  For those and many other companies as well as many countries, he has extended the reach and effectiveness of multi-disciplinary, user-centered design practices.
