US Pizza chain Papa John’s is now taking orders from text messages. To my mind, anything companies can do to save their customer some time is smart innovation and simply good business.

Wow! great idea. Half the time you can barely hear them anyways b/c of all the ruckus. Maybe we should start engineering a text your quote system?
